Great new opportunity with a National Valve Supply company with offices in Corpus Christi
(industrial /refinery area)

Work 8-5, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays required
Pay rate to $25/hr DOE

What will you be doing? 
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for order processing for the facility and supporting the upcoming SAP implementation efforts.
The responsibilities include the following: 

  • Daily Timecard Entry for Cost Capture 
    - Ensuring time is entered correctly by crosschecking with reports 

  • Order Processing
    - Contract Review—Understanding basic Freight terms like FOB Origin, PPA Destination
    - Order Acknowledgement back to customer once PO is received 
    - Booking to give the salesperson credit  
    - Order Invoicing  

  • Job Folder/ File Creation 

  • ERP system data processing  
    - Open Job in system 
    - Receiving Purchase Orders in System 

  • Accounts Receivable processing and Follow-up as required  

  • P-Card management 

  • Greet Visitors 

  • Facility Communications 

What is required?

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with order processing and invoicing

  • Experience with SAP order entry is preferred

  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization and self-discipline

  • Thrives in a team environment

  • Data entry experience required

  • Understanding of Basic Business concepts and Terms & Conditions is a plus

  • ERP Systems experience is highly desired

  • HS Diploma/GED
