We are currently seeking a Operations Administrator for a manufacturing/ supply chain and Logistics client located in Pasadena,TX 77503 . See details below and apply !

Pay: $24 hr
Schedule : Mon- Fri 8am-5pm some occasional Saturdays 

Requirements:

  • 3 yrs of administrative experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment 

  • SAP, ERP. software order entry experience 

Job Description::

  • Daily Timecard Entry for Cost Capture 
    - Ensuring time is entered correctly by crosschecking with reports 

  • Order Processing
    - Contract Review—Understanding basic Freight terms like FOB Origin, PPA Destination
    - Order Acknowledgement back to customer once PO is received 
    - Booking to give the salesperson credit  
    - Order Invoicing  

  • Job Folder/ File Creation 

  • ERP system data processing  
    - Open Job in system 
    - Receiving Purchase Orders in System 

  • Accounts Receivable processing and Follow-up as required  

  • P-Card management 

  • Greet Visitors 

  • Facility Communications
