We’re seeking Customer Advocate to work in a temporary to hire opportunity with a Top Healthcare Client in Albuquerque, NM. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.
Snapshot:

  • Temp to Hire!

  • Start Date: January 13, 2025

  • Pay rate is $15.00 per hour

  • Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 4:30PM for training.

  • Flexible Schedule after Training (8-hour shift between 7AM-6PM)

  • The position will be fully ONSITE for training.

  • Paid training is a minimum of 8 weeks.

  • After training, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (remote for two weeks and onsite for one week rotation).

  • You must have HIGH SPEED internet at home to do this position 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written communication in a timely and professional manner.

  • Research issues and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Maintain clear and concise verbal and written communication.

  • Document interactions and ensure accurate data entry.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (education verification not required).

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.

  • Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to inquiries.

  • Data entry and/or typing experience.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.

  • Familiarity with various lines of business, such as CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
