Test Track Operations Technician at Nissan Automotive

We are currently looking for a Test Operations Technician to join our team in Stanfield, Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to test teams by monitoring activities on track; Support test course activities, special events high speed, closures, and key person rides.  Makes safety their highest priority. Track observation for driver compliance Investigates, completes reports and communicates information on accidents/incidents. Monitors the test tracks daily for safe testing conditions and communicates changes in test course status based on weather, road surface conditions, and test activities.
Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Support Driver Training as needed

  • Provide vehicle test support on the track

  • Support test course activities

  • Traffic Safety

  • Flexible work schedule

Qualifications

  • High School diploma / GED required

  • Preferred automotive mechanical experience

  • Maintain specialty equipment

  • Must be willing to train on Forklift, Rollback truck and water truck, high-performance & precision driving.

  • Proficient with Excel and Word.
