Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour, with a shift differential of $2 for 3rd shift(7:30 PM – 5 AM M-TH).

What’s a typical day as a De-Burr Associate? You’ll be:
- De-burring the required number of components accurately and promptly according to process documentation.
- Performing visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Marking parts appropriately using the correct tools and cleaning components as needed.
- Engaging in data collection and communication tasks withing a computer-based programs
- Maintaining a clean workstation and adhering to 5S standards while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Follow all safety standards and complying with company policies and procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Has experience in recognizing and removing burrs from metal, with experience in detailed manufacturing work preferred.
- Are proficient in blueprint reading and have basic Windows and MS Office skills.
