$23/hour
1st shift: 8am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Workers Compensation Claims Handler? You’ll be:
• Setting up and entering new claims into the claim management system, ensuring accurate claim coding and proper documentation.
• Performing critical claim technical tasks, including conducting plant investigations and 3-point contacts.
• Interviewing claimants, employers, medical professionals, legal counsel, and witnesses to prepare thorough investigation summaries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years of related Workers Compensation experience (must have).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (must have).
• Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex information (preferred).
• Can organize and prioritize workload effectively while managing multiple priorities in a flexible work schedule (preferred).
