Customer Service Representative
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay: $16 /hr
Position Type: Full-time
Kelly is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling trainees for courses.
- Process cash, credit card, and check transactions according to procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Balance daily receipts, close each day’s business, and prepare accurate deposits.
- Use company software to schedule, check-in, and check-out students according to policies.
- Maintain knowledge of business rules for specific training courses.
- Provide support in classroom, CBT lab, and on-site training sessions.
- Perform clerical duties, including running reports, making copies, and filing.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations.
- Assist with after-hours support, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and confidentiality.
