Kelly is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sr. Material Coordinator to join our team in Juncos, PR. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in cGMP operations, overseeing critical distribution functions including receiving, storing, dispensing, transferring, and shipping materials. Your expertise will ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations, while also contributing to our mission of delivering life-changing therapies to patients.

Candidate must be available 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Salary starts at $20.87.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of materials, including receiving, storing, dispensing, and shipping, in accordance with cGMP procedures.

  • Utilize ERP system effectively to resolve any basic system issues and ensure accurate inventory management.

  • Operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and trucks to move materials, including hazardous materials, while adhering to safety regulations.

  • Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve processes and enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a point of contact for daily operational matters, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and Amgen policies, including preparing for regulatory inspections and audits.

  • Train and mentor staff in cGMP functions and ensure all team members maintain required training records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of directly related work experience or military experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6 months of related experience.

  • Strong understanding of material movement processes and the ability to handle hazardous materials safely.

  • Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex written procedures accurately.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact constructively with peers and clients.
