Now hiring a Facilities Security Officer for our premier client in El Dorado Hills, CA!

Pay: $18/hr
Hours: 3:30pm-12am, M-F
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762
Position Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for the general administration of the Security console desk. He/she is the first line Security contact for Associates and Non-Associates.  

  • Responsible for the routing of incoming phone calls, coordinating Associates’ requests with the various support departments, overseeing visitor arrivals and routing of said visitors to the appropriate destination, the issuing of temporary access cards and ID badges, the handling of medical, electrical and maintenance requests.

  • Monitoring of the following: closed circuit television (CCTV) system, the access control system, event alarms, security records, key control, ID/access badge issue, physical security of the site, equipment dispatch accountability, electronic inventory accountability and safety inspections. 

  • Responsible for responding, evaluating and resolving any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.

  • Conduct inspections of Broadridge office space.  It would include notification of the proper Broadridge authority of procedural breaches in security policies.  The position would be responsible for keeping security management abreast of all security matters and issues as they pertain to the site and performing additional duties as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Computer skills, including familiarity with MS office programs.

  • Ability to communicate with other Security and Facility personnel.

  • Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents.
