Position Title: Bilingual Customer/Vendor Service
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility)
Location: NE Portland, OR (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
Job Description:
- Respond to all installer phone calls and assist in solving all issues in the field
- Gain and communicate customer approvals for extra work, labor, materials as needed
- Communicate with Operations and Sales department on issues affecting customer and delivery
- Update all orders, add notes, and confirm that all changes are communicated
- Maintain daily installer call log
- Create and log all complaints and compliments
- Back up customer service in converting orders from quotes to sales orders
- Create installer warranty orders and send complaints to management
- Schedule inspections as needed
- Accurately place orders
- Ensure customers are kept updated until successful completion of install
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers
- Various duties and/or projects requested by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Attention to Detail
