We are currently seeking a dedicated Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound II representative to support our TruServices group. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service across multiple product lines, including Powertools, Service Agreements, Smart Services, and Consumables.
 

Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound II

Location: Farmington, CT
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $20/hr 

Position Summary:
With strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, you will provide friendly and proactive service to our users, efficiently handling each query and advising users on the ensuing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, faxes, and voicemails for the TruServices department, delivering courteous, competent, and prompt customer service to all customers.

  • Monitor general TruServices inboxes to ensure timely responses to inquiries.

  • Process sales orders accurately through the SAP System, executing all sales-related documents in a timely manner.

  • Keep customers well-informed regarding the status of their orders, making follow-up calls as required.

  • Conduct research as needed in collaboration with Technical Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure proper and timely customer order processing.

  • Collaborate with other internal TRUMPF departments as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

  • Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as they arise to support the TruServices group effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems, particularly experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center setting.
