Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (Flexible hours)
Location:  1 River Road, Schenectady NY 12345 (Hybrid/Remote)
Position:  Human Resource Analyst

Pay:  $26-$28/hr

* Partially remote: 2-3 days on-site. 

Role Summary / Purpose:
Kelly Services is looking for an individual to support our client GE as, a Human Resource Analyst that will be responsible for maintaining a database with required applications for PWA wage/benefit compliance. 

Responsibilities:
•    Validate Internal data against prevailing wage rate
•    Process monies owed from any discrepancies in payroll variances 
•    Subject matter expert for all prevailing wage payment/immediate payment queries
•    Compile and/or manage HR related reports as requested
•    Fostering effective communication and collaboration with employees/client
•    Reconcile, compile, and submit payments based upon request of client/projects given
•    Review and arrange work schedules to ensure client coverage
•    Ensure client expectations and service levels are being met
•    Participate in lean events/process improvement initiatives 
•    Act as primary liaison with the Client
•    Understanding of prevailing wage laws
•    Coordinating and leading prevailing wage/immediate payment process, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations
•    Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information & payroll details
•    Managing all accounting transactions
•    Analyzing all data to support financial decisions
•    Ensure timely payments
•    Examining and verifying data to ensure accuracy and compliance
•    Maintain & Update all SOP’s 
•    Ability to identify when data does not “add up” 
•    Attention to accuracy and ability to troubleshoot/solve issues as they arise
•    Other HR duties assigned (PO Management)
Requirements:
•    Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Human Resource, Executive Admin role, Accounting, project management or a role with heavy Excel usage preferred
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Word, Outlook, MS Teams
•    2-5 years payroll experience (immediate payments)
•    2-5 years with experience HR practices 
•    Critical thinking and attention to detail
•    Project oriented mindset
•    Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff
•    MUST be self-reliant 
•    Must have the ability to apply educated judgement
•    Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
