Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate to join a leader in refreshing beverages, as an Inventory Control Specialist in our Preston, WA office! This temporary role, expected to last about two weeks, offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the supply chain operations of one of America’s fastest-growing CPG companies. Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Temporary
– Location: Hybrid (Preston, WA office, 3+ days a week)
– Pay Rate: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
– Shift: Flexible based on department needs
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist with inventory transfers between locations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
– Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
– Update inventory records in the system and maintain proper documentation of all inventory movements.
– Support with cycle counts, stock adjustments, and physical inventory processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 1+ years of experience in invoice coding; supply chain experience preferred.
– Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
– Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Self-motivated with the capability to navigate ambiguous situations.
– Curiosity and analytical skills to interpret complex data and communicate solutions.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with a welcoming approach to collaboration.
– Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change.
