Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Batchers/ Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Statesville, NC

Shift:
2nd shift 4pm – 1 am 
3rd 10 pm – 7am 

Payrate:
$16/hr
Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

Duties
• Leading the shift requirements while promoting a safe work environment.
• Operating and maintaining equipment for the pasteurization process.
• Directing and motivating teammates effectively.
• Following regulatory guidelines for sanitation and safety.
• Working on special projects as assigned.
• Working multiple shifts with variable hours.

Requirements
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Can lead others and operate machinery effectively.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and follow sanitation process procedures and guidelines.
• Have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Are trained in the HTST training course provided by the company.
• Can pass the annual food safety training provided by the company.
