Shift and Pay Rate:
– Hourly Rate: $20.00 for 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
– Hourly Rate: $22.00 for Weekend Driver (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts)

What’s a typical day as a Shag Driver / Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
• Performing local cartage with all trailer moves within a 10-mile radius.
• Operating an Ottawa Shag Truck Power Lift for trailers with minimal cranking.
• Loading and unloading palletized and non-palletized products using a forklift and other special handling equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and assisting with janitorial duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• Ensuring that equipment is parked properly and shut off when not in use.
• Demonstrating a high level of effort and commitment to performing work effectively and responsibly.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Class A Commercial Driver License and are capable of driving tractors/trailers weighing 45,000 pounds.
• Are forklift certified and have experience in operating forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Can pass a drug test, alcohol test, and background check.
• Display eagerness to learn, adapt to new methods, and accept feedback from supervisors.
• Are available to work the scheduled shifts and demonstrate reliability in attendance.
