elly Services is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire opportunity to join our client’s team in Perris, CA. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the leadership team with placing service and purchase orders and addressing related inquiries.
- Utilize and update trackers for employee lockers and requested orders.
- Assign and manage company lockers allocated to employees.
- Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and new hires on-site.
- Address and process non-compliance invoices designated to the site.
- Support the HR team with engagement events, including setup, storage, and takedown.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior administrative or office management experience preferred.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
- Pay Rate: $18 – $22 per hour
