Kelly Government Solutions is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator for a key role supporting production purchasing and deliverables. This role will manage purchase requisitions, track orders, maintain records, and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter purchase requisitions into the PeopleSoft Financial ERP system.

  • Obtain quotes for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items based on customer requirements.

  • Track orders through all stages, from approval and order placement to vendor acknowledgement and on-time delivery.

  • Update delivery status in the Visual Manufacturing ERP system.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper disposition of all procurement paperwork, including certificates for raw materials.

  • Update vendors contact information in the Visual Manufacturing ERP system.

  • Update Part Masters in the Visual Manufacturing ERP system with vendor information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

  • Basic computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.

  • Ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
