We are searching for Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representatives to work in Alpharetta, GA.  Join us and take advantage of this great opportunity! We’ll be here every step of the way to help you through the process.

This is an ONSITE role in Alpharetta, GA – Remote work is not available. 

Employment type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Must be flexible to work either shift as workload demands.

  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm *OR*  11:00am – 8:00pm (Schedule may vary weekly, depending on call volume)

  • MANDATORY Saturday 8:00 am – noon  (2-3 times per month)

Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 – $21.50

  • $20.00 with Bilingual Spanish with High School Diploma/GED

  • $21.50 with Bilingual Spanish with completed 4-year degree

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative?
You’ll be:

  • Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on accounts that are up to 30 days past due

  • Identifying root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective resolutions with negotiation skills and educating the customer

  • Assisting customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available

  • Processing payments and payoffs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have verbal and written bilingual Spanish/English skills

  • Possess strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Have strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customer
