Kelly® is looking for enthusiastic Assembly Workers and Machine Operators to work at a premier client, ZF, in Fowlerville, MI. Payrate/Schedule:
- Assembly – 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm, $16.50/hr
- Machine Operator – 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm, $17/hr
- Assembly – 3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am, $17.50/hr Limited positions
**OT may be scheduled on weekends
Bonuses:
- Earn up to $0.50/hr Attendance Bonus
- Up to $1000 Retention Bonus
- Up to $1000 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Operating assembly machinery and assembling components
- Perform visual quality inspections on product
- Prepping parts for assembly and ensuring all components are tagged and controlled throughout the production process.
- Use and read quality measurement tools.
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
