Kelly® is looking for enthusiastic Assembly Workers and Machine Operators to work at a premier client, ZF, in Fowlerville, MI. Kickstart your New Year with a fantastic role that helps you grow professionally while playing a vital part in your community.
Payrate/Schedule:

  • Assembly – 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm, $16.50/hr

  • Machine Operator – 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm, $17/hr

  • Assembly – 3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am, $17.50/hr Limited positions

**OT may be scheduled on weekends
Bonuses:

  • Earn up to $0.50/hr Attendance Bonus

  • Up to $1000 Retention Bonus

  • Up to $1000 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Operating assembly machinery and assembling components

  • Perform visual quality inspections on product

  • Prepping parts for assembly and ensuring all components are tagged and controlled throughout the production process.

  • Use and read quality measurement tools.

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
