For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving, we at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Inventory Control Coordinator to join a manufacturing company in Elyria, OH. This opportunity allows you to work with a global company that manufactures and distributes stud welding equipment and fasteners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Pay Rate: $23/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM
Role Type: Temp-to-hire long term opportunity

What’s a typical day as an Inventory Control Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Handling inventory transactions and ensuring accurate records

  • Responsible for finding resolutions on invoice variances and exceptions

  • Performing basic accounting tasks and maintaining financial accuracy

  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries efficiently

  • Expediting and following up on past-due purchase orders, keeping ERP System up-to-date

  • Sending Requests for Quotes

  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks

  • Reporting to the purchasing manager and supporting the purchasing team

  • Supporting the Buyer with day-to-day activities

  • Turning Requisitions into Purchase Orders

  • Assisting with placing purchase orders
 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience with inventory transactions and basic accounting

  • Possess strong customer service skills

  • Are proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Have familiarity with ERP or similar systems

  • Have good communication skills to interact with suppliers on the phone and or email

  • Have a general understanding of purchasing in a manufacturing environment
