We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join our team as Electrical Assemblers in Windsor, CT. The ideal candidates will have experience in electrical assembly and be skilled in working with various components and tools.
Assembly Worker – Electrical Assembler
Location: Windsor, CT
Position Type: Full-time
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20 per hour or better, plus a 7% shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and devices according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
