Healthcare Worldwide Chair Communications Job Overview:
Collaborate with leaders across customer organization to plan and implement for priority internal/external engagements for the World Wide Chair of Innovative Medicine, including earned speaking opportunities, fireside chats at team town halls, video messages, and thought leadership content for LinkedIn posts.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support across global programs including creating first drafts of all materials.
- Collaborate on metrics development.
- Project management and agency management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (arts or science).
- A proven performer with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing communications, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience with social and video communication technologies.
- A global mindset, preferably with experience engaging stakeholders in multiple markets.
- Business acumen and proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment with global as well as regional business partners.
- Experience managing communication programs from concept through to completion.
- A strong sense of urgency, focus on quality and attention to detail.
