Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour depending upon experience

What’s a typical day as a Hand Solderer? You’ll be:
- Performing repetitive or standard production assembly operations on electronic assemblies and subassemblies
- Hand soldering SMT/TH/wires and cables using a microscope while ensuring quality standards are met
- Inspecting your own work for defects and executing touchup/rework on through-hole and SMT assemblies
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in hand soldering and possess Basic Solder (Class 3) certification
- Can demonstrate Basic Component ID Certification and have the ability to follow documentation and procedures accurately
- Are knowledgeable about materials, including alloys and flux types, and can select the correct equipment, tools, and supplies for jobs
