- Direct hire, permanent opportunity
- Salary is around $55,000-$60,000
- Opportunity for a hybrid schedule
- Full time hours, Monday-Friday

Summary
- Enter AR invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Post cash receipts and apply to AR invoices as necessary.
- Follow up with program managers for status of outstanding AR invoices and follow up on past due balances
- Review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger.
- Manage the accounts receivable email account.
- Upload positive pay daily, review positive pay exceptions
- Entering service fees, refunds and credit card reimbursements.
- Complete intercompany billings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of strong accounts receivable experience
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages.
- Non-profit experience a plus
