Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Seattle, WA! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive team with great benefits in a non-profit environment.

  • Direct hire, permanent opportunity

  • Salary is around $55,000-$60,000

  • Opportunity for a hybrid schedule

  • Full time hours, Monday-Friday

  • Excellent benefits include generous PTO and paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, and employee savings plan

Summary

  • Enter AR invoices and ensure accuracy.

  • Post cash receipts and apply to AR invoices as necessary.

  • Follow up with program managers for status of outstanding AR invoices and follow up on past due balances

  • Review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger.

  • Manage the accounts receivable email account.

  • Upload positive pay daily, review positive pay exceptions

  • Entering service fees, refunds and credit card reimbursements.

  • Complete intercompany billings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of strong accounts receivable experience

  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages.

  • Non-profit experience a plus
