Quality Lab Technician

Multiple Positions! Direct Hire!
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Technician in the food & beverage industry in Fort Worth, TX.
This role will be responsible for preparing samples and performing liquid analytical testing.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Conduct rigorous testing on finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications.

  • Ingredient Inspection: Scrutinize incoming ingredients and packaging materials to verify compliance with established standards.

  • Process Monitoring: Monitor work-in-process to identify and rectify potential quality issues.

  • Safety Assurance: Proactively identify and report any food safety concerns.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing results and production activities.

  • Lab Maintenance: Keep the lab clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Food Science (preferred)

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a quality laboratory setting, preferably in the food or beverage industry

  • Prefer experience in food/beverage, pharma, cosmetic or dietary supplements

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work rotating ( 2-2-3), 12-hour shifts (6 AM-6 PM and 6 PM-6 AM)
