Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking several Quality Laboratory Technicians for Direct Hire positions at a leading client in Fort Worth, TX.

Overview:
The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for the sampling, testing and inspection of finished product to ensure the product adheres to the company’s and customers’ standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples and perform liquid analytical testing.
  

• Perform line checks to ensure product and packaging meet specifications.
  

• Perform line equipment inspections.
  

• Prepare and organize production folders and collect appropriate production documentation from other departments.
  

• Perform food safety checks to ensure the filling equipment meets specifications prior to filling finished product.
  

• Collect and test customer and onsite retains.
  

• Identify and segregate all out of specification product.
  

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all finished product and equipment testing.
  

• Confirm production material and equipment setup for new production.
  

• Receive and test CO2 deliveries.
  

• Maintain a clean lab environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. AS/BS degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field is preferred.
  

• Minimum of 6 months experience with quality, laboratory, and/or beverage production.

Pay Rate:
$23.00/Hour (non-negotiable)

Available Schedules:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Rotating 2-2-3
  

• Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Rotating 2-2-3
