Pay Rate:
- Pay is $17.50 – $24.50 (Depending on Experience)
- Progression plan with pay increases:
- Technician Level I (6 months)
- Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)
- Technician Level IV (3-5 years)
- Technician Level I (6 months)

What’s a typical day as a Production Assembly Worker? You’ll:
- Train to perform various fabrication processes.
- Use your hands and various tools to complete various fabrication processes.
- Work as an individual and as part of a team to meet daily production needs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- A stable work history.
- Willingness to learn how to use various tools.
- Desire to gain different manufacturing skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use hands with small items and in small spaces.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Schedules:
- Some training will be on day shift.
- Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm (Friday is OT day)
- Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am (Sunday is OT day) + 10% differential
- Friday – Sunday 5:00am – 5:30pm (36 hours but paid for full 40 hours) (Thursday or Monday is OT day) + 12% differential
