Kelly Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspection Technicians to Work for a premier client in West Chester, OH. The Inspection Technician (EMR) role involves the manual visual inspection of vials or syringes within a controlled environment. This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of our products for patients.
$23 for 1st shift 6am – 6:30pm
$26 for 2nd shift 6pm – 6:30am

Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibilities: Manual visual inspection of vials or syringes.
- Work Environment: Controlled environment requiring gowning (coverall, hairnet, beard net). No jewelry or nail polish allowed in the area.
- Inspection Process: Sit in an inspection booth to inspect vial or syringe units for an extended period with frequent eye breaks. Two 15-minute paid breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. No cell phones in the inspection area.
- Focus and Attention to Detail: Requires maintaining the pace of inspection while ensuring focus and attention to detail.
- Qualification: Must pass an inspection eye exam (20/20 with prescription lenses) and a color blindness test.
- Training: Receive training to identify defects and must qualify to perform the inspection. We will work with you to obtain the necessary qualifications.
- Additional Responsibilities: Area/equipment cleaning, material/waste handling, documentation, and computerized training.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Must have a strong focus and attention to detail to maintain the pace of inspection.
- Vision Requirements: Must pass an inspection eye exam (20/20 with prescription lenses) and a color blindness test.
- Training and Qualification: Must complete training and qualify to perform the inspection.
- Work Environment Compliance: Must comply with the controlled environment’s gowning and sanitation requirements.
- Additional Skills: Ability to handle area/equipment cleaning, material/waste handling, documentation, and computerized training.
