Shift/Pay:
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift:  7:30am – 4:15pm M-F
Temporary positions – approximately 6 months

What’s a typical day as a Records Management Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Processing, sorting, and preparing incoming documents for imaging
• Managing scanning functions, including equipment preparation and care
• Classifying and indexing documents based on type, business line, and other factors
• Retrieving documents from various media as requested
• Delivering and picking up imaging on regular runs throughout the building
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Have the ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Are comfortable using imaging equipment and technology
