Kelly Services, in partnership with a custom/made to order design shop, is  seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their fabrication team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating equipment in the fabrication shop, which includes three multicam flatbed routers and two accubend aluminum letter benders. This individual will also assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including multicam flatbed routers and accubend aluminum letter benders.

  • Assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks in the shop.

  • Interpret and convert decimal numbers to fractions.

  • Read and measure materials accurately to 1/16th of an inch.

  • Ensure detail and take pride in workmanship.

  • Maintain a willingness to learn and stay organized.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.

  • CAM/CAD experience is required.

  • General tool knowledge is necessary.

  • Proficient in converting decimal numbers to fractions.

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch.

  • Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship.

  • Willingness to learn and organized.

  • Computer literate.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.

  • Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and precision.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional technical or vocational training in CNC operations is a plus.
