Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Data and Analytics Analyst for an ongoing long term engagement at one of our Global medical device clients in Raynham, MA (remote position)

Shift: M-F, dayshift 
Pay: $33/hr-$35/hr

Position Details:

  • Location: Remote

  • Contract Duration: Full-time, ongoing.

  • Benefits: Includes 120 PTO hours annually.

About the Role:
Our client’s Marketing team is seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Data and Analytics (DnA) Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic decisions across digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards using Power BI to monitor content, email, social media, and web channel metrics.

  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and content performance using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.

  • Craft compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

  • Support global campaigns with strategic, data-driven recommendations aligned with business objectives.

  • Enhance digital marketing initiatives through a test-and-learn approach, ensuring continuous optimization.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data visualization.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills for presenting data to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of insights that drive business outcomes.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, or database management for data extraction and reporting.

  • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation for website performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Sprinklr or Sprout Social.

  • Experience with AI-driven analytics tools for enhancing marketing automation.
