Are you ready to be a vital part of the leadership team? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Vice President and General Manager of a large manufacturing facility near Dublin, VA . This role is crucial in ensuring the Vice President is prepared for various activities, tracking priorities, organizing schedules, and maintaining a systemized approach for the plant management team.

This is a 2+ month assignment, with a good possibility of a permanent position based on performance.
Work hours are 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday with occasional OT needed
Starting pay is $30/hr

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare the Vice President for various activities and engagements.

  • Track and prioritize tasks for the VP.

  • Organize and manage the VP’s schedule.

  • Maintain a systemized workflow for the plant management team.

  • Partner with the VP to develop and implement success strategies.

  • Proactively identify and address plant needs.

  • Track and manage the progress of the plant management team.

  • Positively influence team culture.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives.

  • Support and manage site-wide events.

  • Oversee projects and special functions.
What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management with at least 1 year of administrative experience, OR 5 years of executive management administrative support.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Licensed notary in the Commonwealth of Virginia preferred.

  • Strong competencies in customer focus, business acumen, initiative, integrity, and action-orientation.

  • Excellent peer relationships, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Leadership, teamwork, flexibility, and analytical skills.
