 Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Bilingual French Call Center Representatives    to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis.  Sound like something you’re interested in?  I’ll be here every step of the way to help you through the process because I think job searching needs an upgrade (and a sidekick).

  • Must be bilingual in French/English

  • Pay pay rate is $19/hr. 

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Monday – Friday

A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative:

  • Answering inbound calls and outbound calls

  • Acting as first point-of-contact for caller

  • Entering client information into website

  • Retrieving information relating to client

  • Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have:

  • Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Call center or customer service experience

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
