Are you ready to take your career to the next level with an innovative and forward-thinking company? We are on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Machining Technician for our 2nd shift. What You’ll Do:
- Master the Machines: Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of sophisticated equipment, including electronics, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, software, hardware, and robotics.
- Keep the Wheels Turning: Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment. This isn’t just changing the oil and lubricating parts—you’ll be retooling, calibrating, aligning, and ensuring everything runs smoother than ever.
- Innovate and Improve: Assist in process design improvement studies focusing on product throughput, first-run yields, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes. Be a key part of making our processes better and more efficient.
What You Bring:
Education/Experience:
- Required:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related mechanical or electrical experience, or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
Skills/Abilities:
- Required:
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as shop equipment (lathe, mills, grinder, etc.).
- Strong experience with machines such as Makino, Sugino, SW, and Grob.
- Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical materials.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude.
- Analytical prowess and the capacity to work with computer and software applications.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as shop equipment (lathe, mills, grinder, etc.).
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX and Ladder Logic.
- Familiarity with robotic and vision systems.
- Experience with process improvement, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
- Background in a team-based management culture.
- Knowledge of PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX and Ladder Logic.
