Operations Manager/Project Manager (Warehouse) – Remote 100%
Temp Opportunity – 9 months to one year. 
This role will pay $83K to $103K per year.  

This role requires someone to be very strong in SAP and is 100% remote.   

If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Sales Order Operations Manager, in (remote). Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience scheduling work activities with SAP, strong warehouse background and managing the operations within a warehouse and strong project management experience.   

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

  • Utilize SAP for inventory management, procurement, and reporting.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality standards in all operations.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, SAP, and project management.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes.

  • Proficiency in using SAP software for inventory and procurement tasks.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
