Production Operators Needed! (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Location: Cortland, NY
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday) & 3rd Shift (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging Finished Goods: Ensure products are properly packaged according to quality standards and ready for distribution.
- Movement of Materials: Assist in the movement of raw materials and finished goods to and from various areas of the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance Inspections: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Release & Hold Product: Responsible for the release or hold of finished goods and raw materials as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to perform all responsibilities in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and reach up to 72 inches repeatedly.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Must be able to handle physical work and be comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement.
