Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (may work from home 2 days a week once trained)
Pay: up to $27/hr

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Deductions Clerk? You’ll be:
• Handling incoming deductions and processing payments from customers.
• Utilizing multiple vendor portals to manage account deductions.
• Communicating with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
• Conducting research on payments and deductions to ensure accuracy.
• Utilizing excel to analyze and track data related to customer accounts.
• Collaborating with the team and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Possess strong computer skills, particularly in excel.
• Have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Are detail-oriented and able to conduct research to resolve payment discrepancies.
