Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join the Cummins (CMEP) team in Columbus, IN. Several Production Associate opportunities will be available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. No experience or high school diploma is required to start!
This is CMEP (Columbus MidRange Engine Plant)
Shifts available
1st shift: $18.25
- Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
2nd shift: $18.75 / hour
- Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd shift $18.75 / hour
- Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product
- Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
- Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
This position might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are detail orientated
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production environment
