Marketing Manager Wanted in Albany!

Salary: $28.84-$33.65 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in our client’s growth, working closely with the leadership team to shape and implement strategic marketing initiatives. Your role involves creating high-quality marketing materials that showcase our industry expertise. You’ll engage in writing, graphic design, and proposal creation, as well as attend industry and community events, fostering relationships with employees, clients, and sub-consultants, while deepening your knowledge in the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Marketing Plan and budget.

  • Write and package RFQ, RFP, and SOQ responses

  • Craft and edit high-quality marketing materials.

  • Attend industry events; build relationships.

  • Manage company brochures, social media, and website updates.

  • Plan internal and external events, including tradeshows.

  • Collaborate on interview presentations.

  • Maintain marketing databases and firm branding.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly motivated, outgoing, detail oriented.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • 3-5 years in the construction or A/E industry.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and social media platforms.

  • CRM experience (Vantagepoint) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
