 Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives   to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis.  Sound like something you’re interested in?  

Why you should apply to be Bilingual Call Center Representative:

  • Work from home. YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF INDIANAPOLIS

  • You are FLUENT in FRENCH

  • YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

  • Pay pay rate is $19/hr. 

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Monday – Friday

A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative:

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Acting as first point-of-contact for caller

  • Entering client/patient information into website

  • Retrieving information relating to client/patient

  • Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have:

  • Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Call center or customer service experience

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
