Marketing Coordinator – West Chester, PA

Kelly Services Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.  
As a Kelly Services Project Services employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  All Kelly Services Project Services employees receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Chester (19380); hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote – must be local
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: six month contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • HUB- collateral replenishments with vendor partner

  • Websites- create new product pages, update specialty and procedure pages

  • Content Creation- working with creative vendor to create content and support new and focus products to assist FSO in selling efforts

  • Content Routing- Route collateral and selling tools through AMP

  • Social Media Digital- Social media posts

  • Newsletter- content creation and deployment to salesforce

  • PO processing

  • Set Deployments- working with sales to identify targets and share spreadsheet with deployment team

  • Answering questions from the field- first line of defense for product inquiries

  • Assembling and deploying demos to the field.

  • Coordinating equipment for regional and local events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related subject

  • Preferred 2-5 Years experience in marketing related role
