Pay:
Day Shift – $19.00 per hour
Night Shift – $20.00 per hour

Hours:
Day Shift: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am
12 hour shifts – 3  days one week / 4 days next week, then repeat 
(Seasonal help with possible temp to hire opportunity: September – December)

**2 weeks in classroom training** (paid training)

Respirator fit will be required

What’s a typical day as a Fuzzy Seed Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating and monitoring the fuzzy seed equipment, including the delinter, dryer, separator, and bagger.
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of the fuzzy seeds meet the specifications and standards.
• Following safety, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations.
• Recording and reporting production data and any issues or deviations.
• Collaborating with other operators, technicians, and supervisors.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following:
Required qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 6 months solid work history
• Can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Can work in a team and communicate effectively.

Preferred qualifications:
• Have experience working in Agriculture
• Have manufacturing experience
• Have lockout/tagout experience.
• Have forklift and boom lift experience.
• Can read and follow instructions, diagrams, and manuals.
