This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering job stability and advancement potential for career minded individuals.

Position Title: Medical Device Assembler
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24 Hourly
Benefit Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, & Holiday Pay
Location: Irvine, CA

Position Summary:
Medical Device Assemblers will be responsible for assembling small medical components under a microscope, ensuring precision and quality in a clean room environment. This role requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail while following safety and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks using binocular or digital microscopes to assemble medical devices, catheters, stents. Magnifications typically range from 4x to 20x. Must have at least 6 months of experience in microscope-based assembly within a manufacturing environment.

  • Must be willing to work under a microscope for the duration of the shift, ensuring consistent focus and precision in assembly tasks.

  • Assembly will take place in a clean room environment, requiring adherence to proper gowning procedures and clean room protocols.

  • Collaborate within a team environment, providing constructive feedback as needed. Strong verbal and comprehension skills are appreciated for effective communication.

  • Utilize small hand tools, razor blades, tweezers, adhesives, and proprietary tooling.

  • Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP’s, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
