Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- 1st shift-6:00am-2:30pm-Monday through Friday-$18.50 per hour
- 2nd Shift-2:00pm-10:30pm-Monday through Friday-19.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift-10:00pm-6:30am- Monday through Friday-$20.00 per hour

What’s a typical day like as a Production Operator?
- Receive and hand-off shift with peers, ensuring all information is communicated properly
- Retrieve all necessary set up/start up information/specifications/guidelines
- Retrieve all necessary materials to perform tasks referring to Manufacturing Work Order
- Follow FIFO for all materials needed according to the Manufacturing Work Order
- Verify Item/Material and Lot numbers to be used according to the Manufacturing Work Order
- Complete all equipment changeover/set-up processes minimizing equipment downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements
- Safely, efficiently and effectively operate assigned production equipment
- Troubleshoot, solve and/or escalate issues that may arise during the shift
- Pre-plan next task before completion of current task
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 6+ months manufacturing/production/warehouse experience – preferred but not required
