Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
– $21/hr for day shift
– $22/hr for 2nd shift

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating and learning the Downline Packaging equipment, including Cap Applicator, Cardboard Case Packer, and Accumulators.
• Ensuring efficient operation of distribution equipment and supporting maintenance activities consistently.
• Conducting required quality checks and troubleshooting basic to moderate operating difficulties involving area equipment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a basic understanding of manufacturing practices and can follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Are willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift and can adapt to varying schedules, including covering for absences.
• Possess strong communication skills and can maintain a clean and organized work area.
