Kelly is currently seeking a Customer Advocate ll for a Special Investigations Department Support Position in the Compliance Audit Security area of a Leading Healthcare Client in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Snapshot: 

Pay Rate: $18/hour
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm 
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma – Full-time, Onsite

Job Description:

This position is responsible for researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.

  • Data entry and/or typing experience.

  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word).

  • Detail-oriented.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing.

  • Health Insurance experience, customer service or claims is beneficial

  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.

  • Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet Microsoft Excel and Word testing criteria.
