Job searching is a lot better with someone in your corner. Hi—enter us, and this job! Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Service Technician to work for a local company in Shreveport, LA. Payrate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: 8a-5p Monday-Friday (possible overtime)

Why you should apply to be a Service Technician:

  • Installing new phone hardware and other related complex components, while ensuring that they work correctly and safely

  • Educating the hardware users about the correct use and upkeep of their products

  • Repairing broken or damaged equipment either in the field or at the office.

  • Assessing phone hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed.

  • Persuading customers to invest in necessary replacements or vital repairs to key components and hardware devices

  • Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner

  • Explaining complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that’s accessible to a nontechnical audience

  • Prefer a phone technician with an Avaya certification. Will consider other premise-based phone certifications as well.

  • Installing and configuring appropriate software and phone equipment, as well as on-site equipment needed for phone systems to operate.
