We’re seeking a Sales Assistant to work at a company located in Longview, TX. Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily cold calls, with a target of 50-75 calls per day, and track all activities in our CRM system.
- Send daily cold emails, achieving a metric of 50-75 emails per day, and document interactions in the CRM.
- Compile a daily list of leads to contact, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Perform data entry duties into the CRM for each lead, email, and contact made.
- Schedule sales appointments for the current sales team to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and research efforts, working in tandem to maximize efficiency.
- Problem-solve when researching points of contact for leads where a general contact is not available.
- Familiarity with the process of pulling permits to identify upcoming new construction sites.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organization skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong professional conversation etiquette in all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via email with company representatives, clients, and customers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, explaining concepts in simple terms to accurately describe our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead research.
