Your Role as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
As a key member of the team, you’ll:
•    Lead operations in your process area, ensuring safety, productivity, delivery, and quality standards are met.
•    Drive safety initiatives, promoting a culture of health and compliance.
•    Manage production schedules and service parts to exceed customer expectations.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and meet organizational goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
We’re looking for a leader with:
•    A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred) and 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
•    Proven experience in tier-one automotive assembly and materials management within a just-in-time manufacturing environment.
•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle or similar manufacturing systems.
•    A Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (preferred) to drive continuous improvement.
