What You’ll Be Doing:
- cGMP Expertise: Ensure that all operations follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), playing a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Product Manufacturing: Weigh, mix, manufacture, and package products while following SOPs and ensuring all batch records are accurately documented.
- Efficiency at Its Best: Help us maintain smooth daily operations to meet production goals without compromising quality.
- Equipment Proficiency: Utilize equipment like pH meters, balances, peristaltic pumps, and tablet presses, ensuring all tools are in top condition.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly troubleshoot and report any unusual occurrences, and actively participate in improving manufacturing processes.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work with different teams to coordinate equipment preparation, ensure stock levels, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to strict gowning and operational safety protocols, as well as performing routine cleaning of environmentally controlled areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma (GED accepted). Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is just as important.
- cGMP Knowledge: Ability to develop knowledge of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for cGMP operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort working with both small and large machinery.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently or within a team, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Capable of wearing protective gear (gown, hair bonnet, mask, gloves, goggles) and standing or sitting for 8-10 hours, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
